          Debating about Glyph setup for different kind of PvP and PvE. My comments are based on Lv.5-7 glyph.

Bestial Rage
Gains 20 chi each time when hit for 20 seconds. When HP drop below 50%, magic shield absorbs (50% of base physical damage) magic damage for 10 seconds.
 

Sanguine
  The Shield absorbs magic damage up to 60% of your base physical attack. (up to 75% at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  The Shield appears below 60% of maximum Health. (appears below 75% at Lv.10)
Verdant
  Duration increased to 24 seconds. (up to 30 seconds at Lv.10)
Golden
  Every time you are attacked, you generate 24 Chi. (up to 30 Chi at Lv.10)
Argent
  Consumes 5% of your current Health to restore Chi. For every 16 Health consumed, generate 1 Chi. (up 1 Chi every 10 Health consumed at Lv.10)

PvP

Verdant is good for any situation. If you want to improve your gameplay you can use Ethereal to optimize the shield (very good for Tank build) or Argent to get instant Chi to spam Armageddon every 30 seconds.

PvE

Argent is a good solution when you have to DD, for example to do Spark Eruption with Armageddon when you nuke a boss. To tank I suggest Golden because give you more chi to spam Flesh Ream and Devour.


Cornered Beast

Cast time reduced to 1.6 seconds. Can also be used while transformed.
 
Sanguine
  For 50 seconds, remove all your negative status effects. (up to 80 seconds at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  No longer generates 2 sparks. Generates 1 Chi per second. Generates Chi for 90 seconds. (up to 150 seconds at Lv.10)
Verdant
  Generates 1 Spark instead of 2. Cooldown is reduced to 260 seconds. (cooldown is reduced up to 200 seconds at Lv.10)
Golden
  No longer generates 2 sparks. Restores 63% of maximum Health. (up to 90% at Lv.10)
Argent
  Lasts 170 seconds. (up to 200 seconds at Lv.10)

I think, after last update, Sanguine is a must have for any build.

PvE

Useless to glyph this skill for PvE.

Movement speed gets only reduced by 25%.

Sanguine is what you want in any situation. Short channeling give you more chance to cast Invoke when you are attacked without interrupt.

Argent is the best glyph. Attack glyph will work good when you activate Saguine glyph on Cornered Beast but if you want to use it for attack, have no much sense waste a slot glyph this skill.

PvE

Depend on your build (and tankyness) both Golden or Argent are good for instance like FCC or PV. Sanguine is very good to instantly increase your attack for nuke boss.

Verdant is the best one because increase the amplify effect. This way you and your squad deal more damage to the target.

PvE

Ethereal is the best one because greatly increase the damage of the skill by removing the debuff that affect players only.


Mighty Swing

Becomes demon version but with 4 second freeze if not paralyzed. (60% chance to paralyze, cooldown stays at 6 seconds, it never misses)
 
Sanguine
  Has a 100% chance to paralyze the target. Cooldown increased to 18 seconds. (up to 12 seconds at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  Consumes 5% of your current Health. Deals additional damage equal to 3.2 times the amount of Health consumed. (up to 8.0 times at Lv.10)

Not a great skill for PvP, but if you need it for Tiger's Rage set I will use Verdant to increase the range and have more chance to hit range class.

PvE

Golden (STR build) or Sanguine (VIT build) to increase the damage of the skill. Ehtereal can be good if you use a macro and you are lazy to cast Bestial Rage manually.


Raging Slap

Taunt the target with a furious slap of your paw, forcing them to target you for the next 8 seconds. Grants a shield that absorbs damage equal to 10% of maximum Health for 5 seconds.
 
Sanguine
  Channeling time reduced to 0.3 seconds. (up to 0 seconds at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  Reduces the duration and freezes the target for 1 second. (up to 4 seconds at Lv.10)

Golden is good to add damage because add base physical attack instead of weapon damage. Ethereal is interesting because give you the time to immobilize your opponent when you are out of lock and recover Mighty Swing.

PvE

Argent is a very good glyph for PvE because affects monsters instead of players and grant you to have higher threat for 8 seconds.


Devour
Physical Defense reduction lasts 15 seconds like demon version, costs 35 chi but returns 15 chi after casting.
 
Sanguine
  No longer reduces physical defence. Deals an additional 92% of weapon damage plus 2276. (up to 230% of weapon damage plus 5690 at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  Reduces Attack level for 9 seconds. (up to 15 seconds at Lv.10)
Verdant

Useless skill to glyph…. If you need TIger's Rage set I will go Verdant because Never misses. Ethereal can be good for support to reduce Attack level of the target.

PvE

Violent Triumph

Nothing changes from old skill.

  Makes you immune to stun, freeze, and other effects that affect your movement for 10 seconds. Also increases your speed by 100%, last for 4 seconds. (up to 10 seconds at Lv.10)
Ethereal
  Makes all attack Critical Hits for 7 seconds. (up to 10 seconds at Lv.10)
Verdant
  Increases your skill damage against non-player targets by 100% for 10 seconds. (up 160% at Lv.10)
Golden
  Guarantees a critical hit on your next attack, dealing an additional 40% damage. Lasts 10 seconds. (up to 100% damage at Lv.10)
Argent
  Immediately restoring 20% of your Health. (up to 50% at Lv.10)

PvP

This is the hard part. Golden is really broken for DD builds, but you will lose your only anti-stun skill. Its hard to use but can be a good option in TW/XTW where you have the chance to nuke a group of players with your squad. Sanguine is the most suitable, anti-stun + increases movement speed can be good to run away or close the gap with ranged class (wizards/archers leap over all).

PvE

Except if you need anti-stun to pull, Verdant will be the best glyph for every situation.

۱ SETUP FOR TANK (PVP)
 

Cornered Beast (Sanguine)
60 seconds where you can move and can't be debuffed. Only bewitch from Venomancer and disarm work.
Invoke the Spirit (

Short channeling, less chance to be interrupted.
Blood Rush (Argent)
You can use better the shield to absorb magic damage.
Mighty Swing (
Argent)
100% paralyze on a range target, you can stop a wizard/psychic/seeker/etc to attack you from range.
Raging Slap (
Sanguine)
Faster to cast the shield, same reason as Invoke.
Violent Triumph (
Sanguine)
Antistun plus increases speed. Nice to run away.

NOTE: This glyph setup is the best for dealing damage. If you want, you can balance with some defensive skills for example introducing Blood Rush (Argent), Raging Slap (Sanguine/Golden) and get back antistun on Violent Triumph (Sanguine/No Glyph). Bestial Rage is up to you: Verdant or Golden are good aswell, I just prefer Argent to have Chi for Armageddon when I need and to evade from purge/chi drain effects.
